Irish Folk Dance

Irish Folk Dance
"Irish Folk Dance” is made up of an Irish chain block and some machine applique. I used strip piecing for the chain block and added some blanket stitch applique with the petals. I must say that this quilt was a dream to make using Anna Maria Horner’s Little Folks Voile line! Such soft fabric and has a great feel after it is washed too!
It is machine quilted by me using a Celtic Knot pattern and tradtional in the ditch stitching.

Fabrics used:Anna Maria Horner- Little Folks Voile and Bella solids-Moda
